Stir-fried Radish cake with XO sauce

When you visit a dim-sum place, you sure can find this dish almost everywhere, and indeed it is very good.

For our version, we made the radish cake from scratch ourselves, then fried it before stir-fried with beansprout, egg and of course, the homemade XO sauce... so good.
