Seafood pot with fragrant sauce

The dish was inspired by a meal we've had when we were in Vietnam, Phu Quoc. The famous restaurant Crab House was totally awesome, memorable, this pot was so good. So good that we have to try to make it our own when we miss it.

It came out alright, yummy, and many more tweaks to come in order to improve it but very good for now.
