Chicken Rice

This popular dish is claimed to be local dish in many area, particularly around Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam etc. This version is mostly known as 'Hainanese Chicken Rice' that has very fragrant aromatic rice served with cooked and seasoned chicken meat, along with variety of sauce, and a soup to complete the meal.

The version we've created was originally Singaporean, but paired with a Thai sauce (fermented soy bean paste based), which was amazing. Another modification was to served with crispy chicken skin on the rice.

Simple enough if you know a few tricks... this is an awesome comfort dish.
