Pina Colada a la mode

When I asked my wife to list 5 of her favorite ingredients for dessert, she gave me coconut, pineapple, pandan leaf, caramel, and butter. So I created this dish consisting of all the components.

Butter crumbs, seared pineapple, coconut ice cream, caramel and pandan falvoured foam. A perfect combination indeed.
