Gleeb Lam Duan (Trditional Thai Cookies)

A very tradional Thai dessert that is unique in flavor and smokiness. It is very difficult to describe to I won't try that, and encourage everyone to try whenever you have a chance.

After baking, then it is time to smoke them with a special traditional 'baking candle' from Thailand...
